The August 1st deadline for transportation forms has passed and there are still families who need to complete this electronic form in PowerSchool.

In order to get M&J this CRITICAL INFORMATION, we will be accepting electronic forms until NOON ON FRIDAY AUGUST 8.
This includes updating the student information form and address change form if you have moved or changed phone numbers.

Residency verification for grades 3, 6 and 9 should also be completed at this time.

THE TRANSPORTATION FORM WILL BE CLOSED ON AUGUST 8th for a final export to M&J.
IF YOU HAVE NOT FILLED OUT THE TRANSPORTATION FORM by that deadline, YOU WILL NEED TO SUBMIT HARD COPY TO THE MAIN OFFICE WHERE YOUR STUDENT ATTENDS.

IF YOU DO NOT COMPLETE THE TRANSPORTATION AND STUDENT INFO UPDATE by AUGUST 8th, you will NOT have access to schedules, classes, or teachers on AUGUST 15th until you turn in these forms. (Account access is not immediate, please be patient as forms are verified)
